PRICING POLICY:
COLD WAR SHOOTERS™ (CWS), a Division of Country Wide Sports, Inc. ™ The manufacturer's suggested retail prices, specifications and terms stated on this website are subject to change without notice. While CWS attempts to provide accurate information, there may sometimes be inadvertent inaccuracies. CWS is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any such inaccuracies.  Credit card companies charge 2.9% in addition to third party online processing fees associated with this website.  A portion of these fees will be circumvented by the customer.  This fee will show up as a 'handling fee/tax' on your order.  This is not a tax at all, however CWS is unable to override the website programming explanation.  To avoid these fees, payment by check or money order is also accepted.  All checks will have a ten day timeframe to clear the banking system prior to shipping items; however your order will be processed and set aside for shipping within 24 hours of receipt. 

All products ordered through the website are charged immediately.  Online purchases have a 1-3% online handling fee attached to them. We gladly accept money orders, cashiers checks and even personal checks which allow our customers the freedom of cash without online fees associated with their purchases. Customers paying with checks will not be updated with tracking details (or other details) associated with online customer communication, when orders are shipped. Products are shipped normally within 2-5 days, quite often within 24 hours, unless otherwise noted as out of stock or out of town on business.  If, out of stock items are purchased, however they cannot and will not be shipped until those items are back in stock.  The products will be shipped as  first purchased ... first shipped.  NOTE:  The website inventory is not our actual inventory on-hand.  Online inventory is a number that must be maintained manually.  The online inventory is our usual inventory on-hand and does not reflect show purchases.  For the most up-to-date info, please call or email. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION: ALL FIREARM SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. There are NO Cash Refunds. Every product is covered by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions packaged with their products or website. COLD WAR SHOOTERS does not imply warranty issued coverage on any product sold by COLD WAR SHOOTERS. Any product bought from COLD WAR SHOOTERS located in El Paso, Texas, may be returned at the sole discretion of COLD WAR SHOOTERS within seven (7) days from the date of delivery with written approval. If an amount is to be refunded, it will be the invoiced amount of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.  If, after seven (7) days from the date of order, if your order is cancelled for any reason, up to 50% restocking fee will be accessed for any in-stock item.  Your refund will be amount charged MINUS up to 50% restocking/cancellation/handling fees.  There are NO Cash Refunds on instock or firearm sales.

REFUND POLICY:

- ALL FIREARM SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. There are NO Cash Refunds.
- All products are new and covered under Manufacturer’s warranty. Once product is used, please contact manufacturer directly for product defects.
- ACTUAL Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.
- 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
- No returns will be accepted without approval in writing from CWS or later than 7 days from delivery.
- All returns must be new, unused and in original packaging.

SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS: Special orders are accepted and require a cashier's check or money order deposit of 50% of product’s MSRP. All products are property of CWS until paid in full. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted with special order requests. Deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Deposit is forfeited if not paid in full within 30 days upon stocked product. CWS may cancel orders due to non-availability or substantial cost increases. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Munitions items such as weapons, ammunition, and certain components/parts are controlled items by the US Government and in many cases cannot be transferred (exported, sold or given) to a foreign country, a non-US citizen/national or non-permanent US resident without a valid State Department export license. Minor components such as barrels, cylinders, receivers (frames), or complete breech mechanisms require a license. These regulations are codified in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 22, Foreign Relations. The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) includes Parts 120-130 of 22 CFR.

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY: We have a strong commitment toward Online Security. All known procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible to only a very limited number of individuals designated to handle customer orders or requests.

Use and Collection of Personal Information Cold War Shooters collects the following types of personal information: names, age, postal/e-mail addresses, and phone number to protect against fraudulent purchases as well as complying with Federal age requirements for firearm purchases. Unless you consent, we will NOT use your personal information for ANY purpose other than that for which it is submitted.

Information Sharing We will never sell, share or rent your personal information.

CWS may release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities under the following circumstances: When release is required by law (i.e., a subpoena) or regulation; or when requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings; When communications suggests possible harm to others.

Computer Tracking and Cookies Our web site is not designed to track, collect or distribute personal information. Our site logs do generate types of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. Non-identifying information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics will not contain personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. CWS uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation and access to forms. You can still use the CWS site if your browser is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.
